The 2025-2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) describes the transportation-related policies, procedures, and activities to be completed by the Southern Alleghenies Planning & Development Commission (SAP&DC) and the RPO for a two-year period between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2027. Federal regulations mandate the UPWP be a comprehensive document that outlines the tasks to be completed by the RPO. However, the UPWP may be revised periodically to adapt to changing needs and priorities of the RPO and its partners.
